We are so sorry to learn of Carl's passing. Carl helped us in so many ways when we moved to Arizona in 1981, and while we remodeled our house in Sanders. We remember many happy times at Woodruff, and miss those days. When we moved to Yuma, I ran across an ex-coworker of Carl's, and the first thing he said was 'he is one of the good guys'. He was, and leaves a hole that will remain. Matt, Angel and Nathaniel, our condolences, he will be missed.
