I was so sorry to read of the loss of Clyde Nelson. I remember Clyde well from our days at Ironton High School. I was a student manager and he was a player on the Ironton Football team. He was among the best, if not THE best running halfback of the 1950’s there. As so often happens people drift apart, but I have never forgotten him.
