My heart hurt when I heard of Nate's passing. Nate was one of my favorite Patriot players. He was always cool and calm, never really showed if he was upset but hated to lose. He was a quiet leader. He always got the job done when I pitched him. Most of all, he was a great young man to coach. Please know that I would have come to pay my respects if I didn't live so far away but my thoughts and prayers are with you guys Tom Smith.
