I met Mr. Carter at my work. I drive for CPC (Huntington VA), and he was easily one of my favorite people to pickup. We always had a great conversation, and it was quickly obvious just how good of a person he was. It saddens me to hear of his passing, but I have no doubt he's in a much better place. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
