Allen Thomas McConnell's Obituary
Allen McConnell, 87, of Pedro, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 11th at St Mary’s hospital from complications of pneumonia. He was born in 1931 in Ironton Ohio and was the son of the late Clarence and Margaret McConnell. He served his country in the Korean War as a member of the United States Air Force as a Sargeant. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Helen Gosselin McConnell; two sons Stephen (Susie) McConnell & David McConnell of Pedro, Ohio; one grandson Michael Prater of Pedro, Ohio; and his special dog Trigger. He was a member of Etna Baptist Church in Pedro. Graveside services with military rights, will be at 2 P.M. on Monday June 17th, 2019 at the Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery Northeast, in Grayson, KY with Pastor Greg Frasure delivering the eulogy.
