Alvin Don Lewis, 82, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026, at home. He was born on November 9, 1943, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his sister Patty and his mother Easter. He was a retired boilermaker and iron worker. He was a self-employed wrecker driver as well. He is survived by his lifelong companion Joyce Johnson; three sons Alvin Lewis Jr, Tommy Lewis, and Patrick Lewis; one daughter Terri Ward; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be no services held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
