Amanda McAdams' Obituary
Amanda (Fox) McAdams, 44, of Huntington, WV, born on April 29, 1981, went to be with the Lord at her home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her dad, Greg Short; maternal and paternal grandparents; 3 uncles and 4 aunts. She leaves her cherish her memory, her significant other, Jalon Fox; her precious Mommy she loved so much, Sherri (Sam Skeens) Short; her one and only Big Sister, Kary (Chris) Daniels; her precious children she loved and cherished, Zachary Hobbs, Britany (Trey) Gillum, and Emily (Josh W.) McAdams. Her passion was going to Church and being an awesome Nana to her nephews, Tyler (Rhianna), and Dakota (Morgan) Taylor. She was a special Nana to her grandchildren, Maria, MayleeChe’, Breylon Remmington and her great-nieces, Kiera and Lacey. Amanda was loved by so many and will be forever missed. Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at 5:00 P.M.
