Andy Allen Baise, Jr.'s Obituary
Andy Allen Baise Jr., 47, of South Point, OH, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Andy was born in Grafton, WV on November 3, 1976, to the late Andy Baise, Sr. and was raised by his beloved grandmother, the late Gertie Baise.
In addition to his father and grandmother, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Norman "Bo" Baise; grandfather,Theodore Baise; grandson, Stephen Baise and father-in-law, Bob Hamlin. He is survived by his wife, Christal Hamlin Baise; sons, Chris Baise, Josh Baise, and Jacob Hamlin; daughter, Breanna Baise; daughters-in-law, Ariana Strange and Allisa Parsons; grandchildren, Chris Baise, Jr., Rhylee Baise, Bentley Armstrong, Zach Pauley, Jr., Myla Pauley and Amiyah Pauley; sisters, Laura Smith and Shannon Badalamenti; a very special cousin who was like a brother, Jon Baise and longtime companion and friend, "Bella", his dog who followed him everywhere.
Andy attended Chesapeake Schools, Class of 1995. His many friends remember him from the Chesapeake Little League Field as an excellent baseball player. He was owner and operator of Baise Tree Services and enjoyed running derbies. He loved his family and they loved him. Andy will be greatly missed but always remembered.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, OH, with Paul Bartram and Mike Dray officiating. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service from 1:00 PM~2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Baise Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Baise, Josh Baise, Jon Baise, Roger Layman, Zach Layman, Danny Poe, Jr., and Spencer Baise.
