Ann Gail Mullen's Obituary
ANN GAIL MULLEN, 86, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, January 14, 2013, in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday, January 17, 2013, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Ann was born September 20, 1926, a daughter of the late Sylvester Truman and Minnie Myrtle Endicott Crockett. She was a retired Selector from Owens-Illinois, Inc., and was a member of Lavalette Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Hurtley Mullen, Jr.; her daughter, Virginia Ann Mullen; and her siblings, Carroll Crocket, Golden Crockett, Lee Crockett, and Marie Crockett. Ann is survived by her three children, James Mullen of Huntington, WV, Bill (Peggy) Mullen of Gallipolis, OH, and Carol Ann Mullen of Huntington, WV; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; her sister, Martha Simpkins of Beverly Hills, FL; her brother, Virgil Crockett of Wayne, WV; and her special niece and caregiver, Barbara McKenzie. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 PM Wednesday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Hospice of Huntington.
