April Dawn Williams' Obituary
April Dawn Williams, 40, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, at Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly, Ohio, after courageously battling leukemia for a little over a year. April was a true force of nature, a beautiful, strong, loving, and fiercely loyal woman. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend whose love, laughter, and larger-than-life personality touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She leaves behind an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Terry Waugh; her mother, Kathi Dawn Ramey; her grandfathers, Jimmy Ramey, and Eddie Wright; her Uncle Andy; and her Aunt Roberta Chapman and Uncle Bobby Chapman. She is survived by her husband and the love of her life, Jonathan Williams; her four sons: AJ McComas (Baylee), Zander Williams, Walker McComas and Dawson Williams; three special friends she thought of as her sons, Will Schwamburger (Summer), Landon Stanley (Andrea), and Antonio Kinder (Alexandria). She is also survived by her beloved GranGran, Connie Ramey (Charlie); her grandmother, Diane Wright; her father, Lines Morrison; her sister, Jenny Morrison (Isaiah); her brothers, Toby Morrison (Heather), Christian Morrison (Katelyn), and Cody Wentz; her cherished nieces, Maddie and Scarlett; her nephews, Oliver and Dustin; three special friends/sisters, Annie Means, Amber Gannon and Alicia Lucas. along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. A special thank you belongs to Heather Ancell and Trisha Rutt who stood beside April through the good times and bad, your unwavering friendship, love, and support meant the world to her. April also leaves behind an incredible work family from the many healthcare jobs where she made lifelong friendships. You know who you are, and you each held a special place in her heart. Wear your wings proudly, April. We know you will always be with us until we meet again. A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller, OH.
