Barbara L. Fischer, 87, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Thursday July 18, 2204 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She is survived by her husband,Jerry Fischer and her daughter, Kathy Burgess. There will be no services.
