Barbara Miller's Obituary
Barbara Lee Miller, 87, of Chesapeake, OH passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Mabel Scarberry Mount; her husband, Curtis Ray Miller; one daughter, Kathy Saunders; one son, Steven Miller. Barbara was a piano teacher for more than fifty years. She was a member of Burlington Baptist Church and also was a pianist for several years at both Burlington Baptist Church and Symmes Creek Missionary Baptist Church serving her Lord with every note she played. She was a 1950 graduate of Windsor High School. Barbara leaves behind two daughters, Lori (David) Wells of Ironton, OH and Jill (Jeff) Jones of Chesapeake, OH; two sons, Alan (Heather) Miller of Chesapeake, OH and Jack (Kellie) Miller of Ironton, OH; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held conducted by G.W. Rea at 2 PM on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, OH. Visitation will be 12 PM - 2 PM prior to service time. Burial will follow at Langdon Cemetery in Chesapeake, OH.
