Barbara J. Williams' Obituary
Barbara J. Looney Williams, of Kenova, WV, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025. She was a daughter of the late Johnny Looney and Thelma Looney Vance. She graduated from Vinson High School and Northern Virginia College. Barbara worked as a legal secretary and a paralegal in Washington, D.C. In addition to her mother, Thelma Vance, she is survived by her friend, Eddie Linville; uncle, Glenn Vance, and cousin, Steven Vance. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
