Monday, November 18,2024 at Kings Daughters Medical Center, Bernard B. Belcher, the son of the late Henry Lee Belcher Sr and Barbara Belcher Mitchell passed away. He was born June 5, 1973, in Beckley WV. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by three brothers Charles Belcher, Henry Belcher Jr, Rodney Cook; two sisters, Frances Wedlow and Nancy Henderson; maternal grandparents, Mr. Jamie and Ruth Cook; paternal grandparents Joshua Belcher, Polina Belcher Thornton. Bernard was up on this earth for 51 years and five months 12 days, in that short time of his life, he met many people and his life touched everybody that he met. He never met a stranger; he loved to smile and had a heart of gold. He leaves behind to mourn him, his mother, Barbara Mitchell of Beckley, West Virginia, four brothers Robert, (Patrice)David, Joshua (Zuzanna), Bishop Gerald (Carolyn) Belcher .6 sisters, Betty, Joyce, Shirley (John) Polina Roberta (William) Elaine, Lettie (Bishop Aiken). Bernard was a former Wal-Mart employee, he worked in landscaping few years. He was a bell ringer for Beckley Salvation Army for several years. He loved sports fishing, bowling, horseshoes playing corn hole. Bernard was a devoted Pittsburgh Steeler Fan ! Win or lose. Though, he never had children of his own he a had host of nieces and nephews that he loved and treated as his own. If the world had more people like Bernard oh what a world it would be. Celebration of life service will be held 12 p.m. Saturday, November 23,2024 at Greater Love Temple Church 7394 County Road 1 South Point, Ohio. Visitation 11:30 AM to 12 noon also at the Church.
