Bertie Lou Blair's Obituary
Bertie Lou Blair, 91, of Dayton, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday August 21, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton, Ohio. She was born September 28, 1929 in Huntington, WV to the late Roy and Myrtle Pearl Reed Lockhart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John C. Blair, Sr. and four siblings. She was a life member of Apostolic Life Cathedra Church. Bertie is survived by two sons John C. Blair Jr. (Denise) of Dayton, Ohio and Tom Blair of Huntington; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday August 25, 2021 at Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio. Visitation will be held 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday August 25, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
