Betty Ruth Barker 1952 - 2017 Betty Ruth Barker, 65, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017 at home. She was born June 4, 1952 in Logan, WV daughter of the late Clarkson and Gertrude Herndon Browning. She retired from Citizens Deposit Bank. She is survived by her husband Jerry Barker; one son Chris (Rachael) Barker of Gallipolis, Ohio; three brothers Pete (Teresa) Browning, Bruce Browning, John (Christina) Browning all of Logan, WV; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
