Betty Jo Beres' Obituary
Betty Jo "Betty Boop" Beres, 87, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Wednesday March 24, 2021 a Cabell Health Care Culloden, WV. She was born January 23, 1934 in Lansing, WV to the late Bernard and Georgia Adkins Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Harris Beres; daughter Anna Marie Beres and son Donald Walters. She is survived by five children Marie (Mark) Puher of Barboursville, WV, Donna Wickline of South Point, Ohio, Ronald Walters of Ronceverte, WV, Danny Walters of Huntington, WV, and Darrell Walters of Huntington, WV; and numerous grandchildren, family members, and friends. The family would like to express a special thanks to Denise Abshire. A public graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Friday March 26, 2021 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Barboursville, WV. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
