Betty Jane Dennison's Obituary
Betty Jane Dennison, 93, of South Point, OH, passed on to be with the Lord, her parents, siblings, daughter and grandson on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Cabell Healthcare Center, Culloden WV. She was born December 4, 1929 in Kenova, WV. Betty was preceded in death by her father, Walter Dickerson; stepmother, Juanita Dickerson, daughter, Sheila Crum; grandson, David Miller; brothers, Walter Jr., Billy Ray, George, Riley and Gene. Betty was a life-long resident of the Lawrence County Community. Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Robin (Donald) Potts, Tammy (Norman) Fulks and Bonita (Larry) Barker; grandchildren, Amanda (Bryce) King, Richard (Kelly) Miller, Cory (Beth) Fulks, Nick (Jessie) Fulks, Tracy (Paul) Ferrell; great grandchildren, Stella King, Aiden Lundgren, Holden Fulks, Declan Fulks, Abigail Miller, Tiffany Ferrell and Colton Ferrell and sister Ramona Dickerson Bowls (Bob). The family would like to give a special thanks to Cabell Health Facilities and their employees, as well as the members of Hospice of Huntington for all their kindness. There will be a funeral service held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller, OH.
