Betty Lou Eagle's Obituary
Betty Lou Eagle 89, of South Point, Ohio went to be with the Lord on September 29, 2023. Betty was born January 7, 1934 in Huntington, WV to the late Collis and Maggie Irene Kirk Darling. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband Vonda Lee Eagle; son David Lee Eagle; brother Collis Darling;and nephew Mark Marsh. Betty is survived by her two grandchildren, the love of her life, Joshua David Eagle, of South Point, Ohio, and Josi and Dr. Karim Boukhemis of Huntington, West Virginia; loving daughter in law Jo Ann Eagle, of South Point, Ohio, sister Barbara Marsh of Huntington; three nephews Greg Darling, Chauncy Darling, and Bruce Marsh, and one niece Angela Adkins who was like a daughter to her. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, at 11am at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Williams officiating from Central Freewill Baptist Church, where Betty was a longtime member and former Sunday School teacher. Visitation will be at Hall Funeral Home from 10-11am. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller Ohio.
