Betty Ann Thompson Fields, 62, of Chesapeake, Ohio, died Sunday June 9, 2013 at her residence. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Thursday June 13, 2013 at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Elder Johnny Sturgill officiating. Burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Betty is survived by her husband, Danny Fields Sr. and three children: Kenny Fields, Danny Lee Fields Jr. and Donna Kiser.
