Betty Lou Hackworth's Obituary
BETTY LOU HACKWORTH, 78, of South Point, OH, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, October 7, 2015, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Burlington, OH. Betty was born August 12, 1937, in South Point, OH, a daughter of the late Ora F. and Nona H. Sword McDaniel. She was a member of the Glorious Church of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Hackworth; and five brothers. Betty is survived by her daughter, Betty Belcher; four grandchildren, Donald "Deke" France who was like a son and she helped raise, Paula France, Heather (Howie) Spradling, and Ronnie France; 10 great grandchildren, Kyle, Andy, Shelby, Taylor, Alex, Tyler, Madison, Lilly, Sophia, and Manny; two sisters, Mayflower Hamm and Thelma Ford; and a special friend, Bernard Baise.
