Betty Ruth Henson's Obituary
Betty Ruth Henson, 76, of South Point, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 26, 2021 at St. Marys Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born on September 11, 1944 to the late Raymond and Myrtle Stratton Salmons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son David Stanley; one granddaughter, Heather Stanley; five sisters, Marie Hutchens, Rosalie Salmons, Helen Black, Doris Ferguson and Peggy Salmons; four brothers, Melvin Salmons, Donald Salmons, Larry Salmons and Roger Salmons. Betty Leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Ralph Henson; daughter Cindy (Harry) McDonald; grandchildren, Amber (Jeremy), Joshua (Mariya), Jeremy (April), Brittany (Kevin), Zachary (Samantha), Joy, Phillip, and Quinton; great grandchildren, Chassidie, Alaina, Oceana, Amaya, and Weston and a host of special nieces, nephews, family and friends. A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Eddie Salmons at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens on North Huntington Heights. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, February 28, 2021.
