Betty Jo Ann McKnight's Obituary
BETTY JO ANN MCKNIGHT, 74, of Chesapeake, OH, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, December 15, 2014, in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. Funeral service will be 11 AM Friday, December 19, 2014, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Pastor David Fairburn officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Creek Cemetery. Jo Ann was born May 11, 1940, in Logan, WV, a daughter of the late Geoubert and Tiny Delores Bartley Talbert. She was a retired payroll clerk with Cabell Huntington Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie G. McKnight; her daughter, Pamela Gayle McKnight; two sisters, Elaine Burns and Judy Gallaway; two brothers, Donald and Junior Talbert; one nephew, Christopher Lane Gallaway; and one brother-in-law, Billy Gallaway. Jo Ann is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Ivan "Al" and Carol Talbert of South Point, OH; her nieces and nephews, Vendetta (David) Armstrong, Glenna Rae (Bruce) Boucher, Denise Kraning, Delores, Diane, Teresa, Eric Meyers, and Edana Bryan; and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.schneidergriffin.com.
