Betty Ruth Wilcox's Obituary
Betty Ruth Wilcox, 96, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. Born on May 23, 1927 in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Amos Thomas and Ada Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wilcox and her brother, Danny Wilcox. Betty was a member of New Beginnings Church in Huntington. She is survived by her sons, Chuck and Paul Wilcox; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, High Thomas; sister, Eva Schindler, and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Highland Cemetery in Huntington, WV, with Pastor Todd Mills, officiating.
