Billi Lyn Crutcher, 27, of Willow Wood, Ohio passed away Wednesday September 5, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born January 30, 1991 in Huntington, WV. She is survived by her mother Chariss Crutcher; father Paul Cron; step-father Howard Spears; four children Raine, Nevaeh, Arianna, and Baby Boy Crutcher; sisters Renee Crutcher, Dusty Spears, and Samantha Spears; brothers Howard Spears, Jr., Ryan Spears, and Blaze Cron; step-brothers Derrick, Sean, and Shayne Spears; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by one brother Skeeter Barrett. A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday September 10, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
