Billy Lee Dement, 56, of Proctorville, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. He was born December 24, 1959 in Huntington, WV. He is survived by his wife Sherry Dement; one son Billy (Julie) Dement; one daughter Summer Dement; two grandchildren Jacob Lemaster and Laine Dement. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday December 10, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Larry Casteel and Kelly Stapleton. Burial will follow in Forgey Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday December 9, 2016 at the funeral home.
