Billy Elliott's Obituary
Billy Elliott, 93, of Barboursville, WV, passed away on Thursday November 27, 2025, at the Barboursville Wyngate. He was born to the late Archie Elliott Sr. and Lillie Mae Cheuvront on July 15, 1932. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Manns Elliott; his brothers, Archie Elliott Jr, Dennis Elliott, and Tommy Elliott, and sisters, Eunice Nelson, Pauline Lennen, and Geraldine Tuckerman. Billy retired from McClouth Steel in Trenton, MI and was a Korean Army war Veteran. He attended 1st Baptist Church of Proctorville. Billy is survived by his daughters, Teresa Jenkins of Wayne, WV, and Angela (Quinn) Linebaugh of Brentwood, TN; son, Mark Elliott of Monroe, MI; 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the funeral home, with Pastor Jeff Black, officiating.
