Billy Ray Harper's Obituary
Billy Ray Harper, of Kitts Hill, Ohio son of Peggy Allen Harper of Kitts Hill, Ohio and the late Bill Harper passed away April, 2016. He was born July 19, 1974 in Gallipolis, Ohio. He graduated from Dawson-Bryant High School and spent his entire life in Kitts Hill, Ohio. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death his sister Pam Harper. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son Justin Harper and one nephew Jamie Lambert. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
