Billy Lee Leffingwell's Obituary
Billy Lee Leffingwell, 79, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at home. He was born on October 3, 1945, in Ironton, OH, to the late Clyde and Flossie Leffingwell. He was also preceded in death by his twin son Justin Leffingwell; and brothers Earl and Bobby Leffingwell. He is survived by his wife Sandra Leffingwell; sons James LaPrad (Wateka), Paul LaPrad (Nancy), Donald LaPrad; and Dustin Leffingwell; daughters Shouna Delawder (Larry) and Billie Jo White (John); brother Arthur Childers (Linda); sisters Mary Ann Caldwell (Frank) and Peggy Holderby (Greg); seventeen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; special friend Ruth Adkins; special brother-in-law Billy Wayne Ferguson; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, OH, with Pastor Gordon Simpson and Pastor Charles Dennison officiating. There will be no visitation held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
