Bobby Gene Chapman, 63, of Crown City, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at his residence. Born February 25, 1961, in Huntington, WV, he was the son of the late Jimmie and Joan Bowen Chapman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Greg Chapman. He is survived by his wife, Roberta Chapman; brothers, Jimmie and Timmy Chapman; sisters, Sasha Chapman, Melinda Boggess, and Debbie Goodwin; sons, Jason Chapman, Andrew (Tara) Chapman, Asa "Tanner" (Kaylee) Chapman; daughter, Jennifer Chapman (Nikki); grandchildren, Willow, Archie, Hazley, Troy, Lee, Shailynne, Nicholas, Alex, Jayden; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 special nieces, Crystal and Addyson, and a host of many loved ones, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and family friends who loved him dearly. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, March 22, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the funeral home with Pastor Beau Miller, officiating. Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery in Miller, Ohio.
