Bobby Joe Clagg 1956 - 2017
Bobby Joe “B.J.” Clagg, 60, of Proctorville, Ohio went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Los Angeles, CA on September 3, 1956 and was the loving son of Burman and Charlene Clagg who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his father-in-law David Lindsey and brother-in-law Doug Lindsey. He is survived by his wife and best friend Kelli Lindsey Clagg. He is also survived by his children Rodney and his wife Mindy Clagg, and his daughter Cynthia Clagg; his step-children Ryan Stewart, and Brooke and her husband Billy White; his grandchildren Reagan and Cooper Clagg, Alex Antzes and Emery, Aria, and Cadence White; his mother-in-law Evelyn Lindsey; brother-in-law David and his wife Linda Lindsey; sister-in-law Brandi and her husband Rayburn Wise; nieces and nephews Colton, Caleb, Nikki, Shayne, Zach, Steven Lindsey and Reyanna Wise. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him including Robert Mullins who was an amazing friend to him. A very special thanks for the outstanding care received from Dr. Scott Mitchell, Meagan Schumaker and Crystal Vance. Also thank you to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House for the wonderful care received while there. “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday April 11, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Randy Thompson. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday April 10, 2017 at the funeral home.
