Bobby Williamson's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bobby “Bob” Williamson on March 26th, 2026. Bob was a loyal husband, dad, “poppy,” and dear friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martha and Tommy Maynard, his brother Jeff, his niece Mary, and his very best friend, Dustin “Dink” Smith. A force of nature, Bob was notorious for his loud laugh, which echoed throughout any room he entered, whether that be the homes of loved ones or the many bars in which he worked and played darts. Intensely competitive, Bob was an adept dart player, obsessive Dolphins and Phillies fan, and trivia buff, as well as an avid gambler. True, Bob began gambling at a young age, when he was diagnosed with aortic stenosis and began receiving open heart surgeries at seven years old. This event left a marked impact on his outlook on life; Bob always believed in betting on the most unlikely chance, the underdog, the longshot, and much to the chagrin of his wife and friends, was normally, somehow, right. His early childhood experiences set the tone for the rest of his life–he approached everything he did with absolute confidence and passion. From his love of metal music and horror movies to selflessly helping friends and family in any way he could. Fiercely protective, Bob made it a point to always forgive and forget, and as such, has amassed many friends. No doubt, his large presence will leave an equally large absence. Bob is survived by his badass wife of 30 years, Clarissa Williamson, his eldest daughter Beth Wallace, her husband, Scott Wallace and their two children Cole Saunders and Willow Wallace, his middle daughter Bethany, her partner Chase Sifford, and his baby, Jewel Williamson, and her partner, Angelo Carrion, his mother- and father-in-law, Katheryn and Jim Irwin. His brothers and their children: Jeff’s daughter, Keri Halliburton, Keith and Barbie Maynard, their children, Danita King, Krystal Harrison, Keith II Maynard, and Riley Maynard, Chad Basenback and Tiffany Wright, their daughter, Tichelle Fulks, and many grandnephews as well as all those whose lives he touched. Undoubtedly, Bob’s final wishes for us all would be to “walk it off.” There are no funeral arrangements; instead, the family will be holding a private gathering.
