Bonnie Mae Huron's Obituary
Bonnie Mae Huron, 88, of Chesapeake, OH passed away Wednesday February 19, 2025 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House Huntington, WV. She was born May 13, 1936 in Huntington, WV to the late Gillie and Essie Nance Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Bobby Brown, sister Donna Kipp, and daughter Sherri Huron Kilgore. Bonnie was a devout Christian and regularly attended gatherings and events and was a member of Greasy Ridge Church of Christ. She was known for her infectious laughter, vibrant spirit, and her ability to make every moment brighter with her presence. Bonnie is survived by her husband David Huron; son Mike Huron; granddaughter Staci Kivi; great granddaughter Sereniti Kivi; and like a granddaughter Brooke Salmons and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday February 22, 2025 at Greasy Ridge Church of Christ with Minister Barry Kelly officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery Chesapeake, OH. Bonnie’s legacy will live on through her family and the countless lives she touched with her love, laughter and warmth. She will be missed dearly by all of those that knew her.
