Brandy Lou Hughes of Huntington, West Virginia passed away on November 2nd 2021. Funeral service will be held November 11th at Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville , Ohio from 2pm-4pm. Brandy was born in Cabell Huntington hospital to Brady Hughes and Lydia Bishop. Brandy is proceeded in death by her grandparents Kenneth and Eleanor Thacker, Brady and Fae Hughes and her twin sister Mandy Hughes. She is survived by her children Winston and Harley Hughes. Grandson Cody Ray Her sister Kelly (Brian) Harless and her brother Ransom Bishop. Her parents Brady (Karen) Hughes and Lydia (Eddie) Bishop. Nieces Hayley Thompson, Hanna Harless, Madison Harless and Kylee Harless nephew Tucker Harless. Great nephew Ryland Guthrie great niece Wrenleigh Thompson.
