Yes. I too remember Brent from bowling.
Wonderful smooth style. Preferred bowling with him rather than against him. Condolences to his family

We are very sorry to hear of the passing of Brent. He and my husband golfed together for many years at Sleepy Hollow. Brent was a great guy who never met a stranger. He was always helping others and always had nothing, but kind words to say. Prayers for his family and many friends who are mourning his loss. The world is a little less brighter without Brent in it.

So sorry to here of our fellow Huntington High Alum. Great guy with a great smile He and my husband shared the same birthday and he always wished him a great day. He will for ever be remembered fondly.

Rodney,
I can't tell you how shocked I've been to learn of Brent's death. Brent, Neil Williams, and I were best friends from first grade at Johnston Elementary thru our years at Huntington High. I last saw Brent at one of the HHS reunions. Even though we didn't keep in close touch throughout all these years, it was comforting to know we considered ourselves lifelong friends.

I remember Brent as one of the finest bowlers the city of Huntington ever produced. Brent had the most beautifully coordinated approach, arm swing, and release I've ever seen. I recall one year when Ted & Ed's Pro Bowl hosted a PBA event. Brent competed against the pros who came to town, and he actually made the final round. He held his own admirably against the finest professional bowlers in the world. He was always especially kind and helpful to me. I last saw Brent in 2016 on the walking path at Ritter Park. He made a special point of giving me a friendly greeting.

Rodney,
I was so sorry to hear of your brother Brent's passing.
I always thought he was so nice. Over the years I have heard how he jumped into help many friends and neighbors who needed help and Brent jump into action to help, what a wonderful person to come to the aid of those who needed help.
I pray that God will give you the comfort you will need in the days ahead and will also give you peace.
Sincerely,
Yvonne Spurlock Sargent
