Brittanie Renee Craig 1985 - 2017 Brittanie Renee Craig, 32, of Ashland, KY entered the gates of heaven on August 21, 2017. Brittanie was born May 26, 1985 to the late Clarence H. Sexton II and Lesonja Byrd Sexton. She was preceded in death by her father grandparents Billy Joe Byrd Sr. , Marjorie Ann Byrd, Clarence H. Sexton I. Survivors include her husband Phillip; her mother Lesonja; sister Brandy; stepdaughter Haley; nephews Cameron and Xander who were the light in her eyes; grandmother Patsy Sexton; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends that she counted as her family. Brittanie felt a call from God at the age of nine to become a nurse and she did that. She loved working with her patients, caring for them, treating them with dignity and honor. Her smile was infectious; her heart was big and loved greatly. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Pallbearers will be friends from her youth group. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday August 27, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday August 28, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory by Pastor Rod Justice, Pastor Greg Tomlinson, and Pastor Andrew Grubb. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hall Funeral Home to assist the family with arrangements.
