Bruce was engine builder in 1969 for infamous Craig Breedlove of Bonneville salt flats fame.
I loved and cherished my special friendship with Bruce. We have shared so many years of memories and good times, especially with Nascar racing. Even though we were not blood kin, we had a family bond that was never ending. I am not looking forward to life without Bruce in it, but I will always love and respect the relationship and bond that we shared. A friendship like ours, money couldn't buy. I have been so blessed by Bruce being a huge part of my life. Rest in peace and dear Lord, please watch over Susy. To Morgan, I am sorry for your loss, your Dad loved you more than you will ever know. Thank you Lord and Bruce for teaching me what friendship and life is all about.

So sorry to read about Bruce's death. He was a student in my third grade class at Fairland East. Thinking about him brings thankful feelings that I had the opportunity to know such a special eight year old.
