Carl Wendell Artrip's Obituary
Carl Wendell Artrip, 89, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at home. He was born on August 9, 1935, in Huntington, WV, to the late Noah and Alma Tucker Artrip. He was also preceded in death by his wife Alma Artrip; and four siblings. He retired from Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He is survived by two sons Dennis (Deborah) Artrip of Huntington, WV, and Doug Artrip of Huntington, WV; two daughters Mary (Murray) Grant of Massachusetts, and Lisa (Chuck) Dohring of Huntington, WV; several grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Private Family Services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
