Carmen Stephens' Obituary
Carmen Stephens, 85, of Crown City, OH passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Holzer Senior Care Center in Bidwell, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Edna Stephens. She was loved and will be missed by many. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, numerous family and friends. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
