Carol Ruth Carson's Obituary
Carol Ruth Carson, 91, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on January 1, 2026, at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born on August 13, 1934, in Huntington, WV, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Goldie Cremeans Rowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Kit” Carson and 8 siblings. Carol was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Proctorville, OH. She is survived by her daughters, Patience Bays, Faith Keebler, and Amanda Maynard; 7 grandchildren, Hayden Crager and Heidi Bays, Charity Conn, Hillary Sparks, Autumn Lewis, Karma Maynard, and Carson Maynard; 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family.
