Carol Ruth Fraley's Obituary
Carol Ruth Fraley, 67, of Ironton, OH, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023 at her residence. She was born November 14, 1955 in Ironton, OH to the late Ornsby Otis and Mary (Shuff) Callicoat. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Fraley; brother, Michael Callicoat and grandson, Brandon Warden. She is survived by two daughters, Misty Callicoat and Lori Warden; four grandchildren, Justin Callicoat, Aubrey Jackson, Chace Gussler and Brooke Warden; twin brother, Carl Callicoat; sister, Brenda Myers and several nieces and nephews. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family. There will be no services. Condolences may be expressed at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
