Carol Sue Jeffrey's Obituary
Carol Sue Jeffrey, 81, of Coal Grove, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at River Run Healthcare in Coal Grove, Ohio. Born on May 15, 1943, in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lear and Velva Nicholas Ross. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, David Lee Ross, Lear Ross, Jr., and her sisters, Lina Rae Farley and her husband, Eugene, and Darlena Gaile Ross. Carol is survived by her daughters, Mahala Beal of Knoxville, TN, and Kendra (David) Hall of Wheelersburg, OH; grandchildren, Joshua (Kyleigh) Lucas Beal of Wheelersburg, OH, Kelsey (Matthew) Botkins of Gadsden, TN, Savannah (Clayton) Fry of Knoxville, TN, Danielle Hall of Columbus, OH, and Austin (Abigail) Hall of Wheelersburg, OH; great-grandchildren, Henley, Parker, Tessa, Lockeland, Anderson, Axel, and Theodore; sisters, Joyce (Wilson) Collins, Priscilla Burd, Mary Ann (Raymond) Browning, Dottie Jean (Ed) Gue, and numerous other friends and relatives. In her spare time, Carol enjoyed listening to bluegrass music. A Celebration of Life gathering for Carol will be held from 2:00-4:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio.
