Carole Sue Young's Obituary
Carole Sue Young, 77, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. She was born on June 22, 1945 to the late William Cleveland Snodgrass and Garnet Marie Ashworth. She was married to her husband of 52 ½ years, Dale Robert Young. She graduated from Hurricane High School and worked as a Cosmetologist. She loved to crochet blankets and camping with family & friends at the beach. She was an avid bowler in the tri-state area. Carole was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She opened her home to many children over the years and she will be missed by everyone who knew her. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a brother Billy Everett Snodgrass and sister Nellie Willavy Snodgrass. She is survived by her husband Dale Robert Young of Proctorville, OH; daughters Sherri (Stuart) Price and Rhonda (Carl) Fox; son Shawn (Deanna) Young; grandchildren Jenny (Ashton) Cook, Kimberly Sue (Jennifer) Jones, Jessica Price, Julie Price, Colton Fox, Carl Fox IV, Savannah Young; great grandchildren Luke & Jayden Ball, Caroline & Liam Cook; and close friends Sally & Randy Hall. Visitation will be held on Friday July 8, 2022 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Condolences may be expressed at www.ehallfuneralhome.com
