Carolyn Rae Webb, 59, of Ironton, OH, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. She was born on August 25, 1962, in Lawrence Co, OH, to the late Martha Head and Jesse Webb. She is survived by her brother Kenneth (Tina) Webb; sister Patricia Webb; nieces Jessica White and Selena Ruggles; and nephew Jayson (Rebecca) Ratcliff. There will be no services held.
