Carrie Ann Blevins, 40, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday February 29, 2024. She was born August 3,1983 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Blevins. She is survived by her father Timothy Blevins; and two siblings Timothy Blevins and Jamie Hicks. There will be no services.
