Carrie Roberta Copen, 86, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Monday, July 22, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Copen. Roberta was born January 20, 1938, in Huntington, WV., to the late George and Nettie Nicely Anderson.A Graveside Service will take place on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 12:00 PM at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville, WV., with Pastor Jerry Matt officiating.
