Cebert Roff Javins, Jr.'s Obituary
Cebert Roff Javins Jr., 78, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. He was born July 22, 1944 in Charleston, WV to the late Cebert Roff Sr. and Galdys Given Javins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Javins and two sisters, Beverly A. Benson and Virginia L. Adkins. He is survived by two sons, Nathan Roff Javins and Craig Cebert Javins; two grandsons, Nicholas and Nevan. Cebert was a Veteran of the Vietnam War Post WV-07 Huntington, WV and a member of VFW Post 6878 in Proctorville, OH. There will be a funeral service held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH officiated by Pastor Brady Lipscomb. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park in Dunbar, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
