Chad Allen White, 28, of Huntington, WV passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at UK Chandler Hospital, Lexington, KY. He was born May 28, 1990 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother Virginia White. He is survived by his parents, Mark Reilly and Leslie White; maternal grandfather Granville White; three daughters Aubrie, Autumn and Allena White; his girlfriend Bri; two brothers Brandon White and Nicholas White; aunts Penny Fuller (Jeff), Tina Roberts and Leanna White; and uncles Wesley White and Granville White, Jr. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
