Charles David Bailey's Obituary
Charles David Bailey aka "Old Skool", 67, of Huntington, WV, passed away at home on Thursday, August 1, 2024. He was the only son of the late Chancy and Helen Carter Bailey of Wayne, WV. David was a retired truck driver and boat mechanic. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was a long-time member of the Avengers Motorcycle Club, formerly a President of the Huntington Chapter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Dominic Izac Keen, and four special brothers, David "Tudy" Adkins, Les Melman, "Dexter" and "Breeze. He is survived by his wife, Priscilla and beloved dog, Bella, of Huntington, WV; two daughters, Samantha Keen (George Sowards) of Lacombe, LA, and Rosie Ruggles (Tommy Ruggles) of Calabash, NC; five grandchildren, Thomas "Kilroy" Keen (Madison Burdine) of Proctorville, OH, Alexandria Keen of Lacombe, LA, Charles Keen (Shannon Rigney) of Ceredo, WV, Stormy Wages (Justice Christian) of Ashland, KY, and Thomas Spencer of Calabash, NC; five great-grandchildren, Angel Keen, Nevaeh Scott, Sophia Wages, Charles Keen Jr., Merida Keen, as well a special brother, "Poss" and a host of Avenger brothers and sisters. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
