Charles William Burks' Obituary
Charles William Burks Sr, 76, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. He was born on September 24, 1945, in Cabell Co, WV, to the late Eddie and Chloe Brady and Burks. He was also preceded in death by brothers David and Eddie Burks. He retired in 2007 from Cabell Huntington Hospital after 35 ½ years of service. He is survived by one son Charles (Alisha) Burks Jr; two daughters Mary Stephenson and Charlene Dailey; several grandchildren; one sister Julia (Jerry) Malevenda; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Service will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, January 24, 2022, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
